That WHEREAS the GRANTOR herein is the owner of that certain parcel of land described as
follows, to -wit:
Lot 2, Block 3 of Adams Nome Tracts in Sec. 22, Twp 23 No., Rge 4 East, W.M., as recorded
in Vol. 11 of Plats, Page 31, records of King County, Washington.

A strip of land lying adjacent to and Sly of the Sly R/W line of So. 144th St. as
surveyed by K.C. Rd. Survey No. 20 -23 -4-46, said strip being described as follows:
Beginning at the West property line of said lot with 9 ft. in width, thence decreasing
to 3 ft. in width at Engr. Sta. 86 +50, thence increasing to 7 ft. in width at Engr.
Sta. 87 +00, thence decreasing to 1 ft. in width at the East property line of said lot.
Containing: 630 sq. ft. or .014 Acres M/L.
CONSIDERATION $50.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the said GRANTOR hereby agrees that
the said slopes may be made on his property as hereinbefore set forth, in conformity with
standard plans and specifications for highwyr purposes and to the same extent and purposes
as if the rights herein granted had been acquired by condemnation proceedings under Eminent
Domain statutes of the State of Washington.
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AND UNDERSTOOD by the parties hereto that this Easement has been
given to and accepted by said County subject to and upon the following conditions, to -wit:
If any part of said right of way shall be abandoned or shall cease to be used or main -
tained as a bile highway by said County, or-the route thereof changed, then as to such
part all ri .is under this easement shall thereafter be null and void, and such portions
of such rig is of way shall automatically revert to the 6RANTOR,Z,Juccessors, or assigns.
