RECIPROCAL PARKING, INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT
WHEREAS, MARCUS C. LIN, owns in fee simple the
Tukwila, King County, State of Washington:

following real property situated in the City of
inclusive, also known as the following King
AND WHEREAS, MARCUS C. LIN desires to create an easement across all of these properties
for the purpose of ingress, egress, utilities, parking, maintenance and repair on the existing parking lot and
driveways located on said property;
NOW, THEREFORE, MARCUS C, LIN hereby grants and conveys an easement on, over, under
and across any and all portions of the above described properties as is required for ingress, egress,
utilities, parking. maintenance and repair of the existing parking lot and driveway serving the existing
facility located on Lots 15 and 16.
This easement shall run with the land and shall be binding on all parties have or acquiring any
right, title or interest in the land described herein or any part thereof, as long as the present facility or any
business replacing It shall need the use of these parcels form the purposes described above.
