Attendance: Sharon Kidd (Chair), Linda McLeod, Steve Miller (Treasurer), Gerie Ventura (Secretary /Vice Chair)
Call to order: The meeting was called to order at 7:45pm.
It was moved by Linda and seconded by Steve to approve the June 3, 2014 minutes as written. The motion carried.
1. Adjournment: Steve moved to adjourn. Linda seconded and the meeting was adjourned at 7:55pm.
