That portion of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter
of Section 35, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King.
County, Washington, described as follows:
Commencing at the point on the south boundary of the southeast
quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 35 where it
is intersected by the western marginal line of County Road No.
540, officially known as the Anna Mess Road; thence West along
aforesaid south boundary 657.02 feet to a gas pipe, thence North
16 °21' East 831 feet to a gas pipe; thence South 87 °53'30" East
504.80 feet to a gas pipe; thence North 60 °47'30" East 206.43
feet to a gas pipe set on the western marginal line of aforesaid
County Road; thence along said western marginal line of the
