AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA APPLYING A ZONING TO AN
AREA ANNEXED TO THE TOviN OF TUKWILA UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 284.
WHEREAS, on May 1, 1961, the Tukwila Town Council, acting upon
the recommendation of the Tukwila Planning Commission, applied a
zoning of C -1, as defined in Tukwila Ordinance No. 251, to the area
annexed to the Town of Tukwila under Ordinance No. 284;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Tukwila Town Council
as follows
SECTION 1. That C -1 Zoning, as defined in Tukwila Town Ordinance
No. 251, be applied to the tract of land annexed to Tukwila under
Ordinance No. 284 and described as follows:
That portion of Tract 34, Brookvale Garden Tracts, as
recorded in Volume 10 of plats, page 47, records of
King County, lying northerly of the Renton -Three -Tree
Point Road,
all of which lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Tukwila,
Washington.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
PASSED this 5th day of June, 1961.

HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDA by the Tukwila Town Council
as follows:

Ordinance No. 234 and described as follows:
That portion of Tract 34 I rookvele Garden Tracts, as
recorded in Volume 10 of plats, page 47, records of
ring County, lying northerly of the Renton-Three-Tree
Point Road,
all of which lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Tukwila,
