Trustee under Will of Tay Craig, Sr.,
for and in consideration of

In hand paid. barpins, sells and conveys to PACIFIC COAST /ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION,
a corporation,
the following descri::ed real estate. situated in the County of King
State of Washington.
Lots 50 through 60, both;inclueive, in Block 5 of C. D. Hillman's
Meadow Gardens Addition to the City of Seattle, Division No. 1, as
per plat recorded in Vol. 12 of Plats,- page 64, records of King
County, SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to a life estate;'in favor of Rose E. Craig,
a widow, only as to East 150 feet of Lots 57 and 58 thereof.
This deed n given in fulfillment of that certain real estate contract between the parties hereto, dated
HoVeahee 19 , 19 73 , and co`ndilioned for the conveyance of the above described property, and the
covenants of wamnty herein contained shall not apply to any title, interest or encumbrance arising by,
through or under the purchaser in said contract, and shall not apply to any taxes. a»essments or other
charges levied. messed or becoming due subsequent to the date of said contract.
The Grantor for itself and for its successors and assigns does by these presents expressly limit the
covenants of this deed to those herein expressed, and excludes all cosenants arising or to arise by statutory
or other Implication, and don hereby covenant that apinst all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to
claim by. thror•gh or under said Grantor and not otherwise, it will forever warrant and defend the said des-
cribed real estate.
Peoples National Bank of Washington executes this instrument in its within named capacity only and
assumes no liability hereunder in Its Individual or corporate capacity.
