KNOW ALL MEN DY THESE PRESENTS:
Pursuant to all of tha terms and provisions of the last trill
and Testament of Tay craig, Sr., the Peoples National bank of
Washington, as Trustee of the said Will of Tay M. Cr.Iicl, Sr.. does
hereby grant, distribute, convey and .luit -claim to ROSE craiIG,
widow, a .life estate in and to the following property Situated in
1:ing County, Washington, to -wit:
The East 150 feet of Lots 57 and 56, in ()lock 5,
of C. D. Ilillman'a Meadow Gardens Addition to the
amity of Seattle, Division No. 1., as per plat
recorded in Vol. 12 of Plats, page•64, records of
King County, including improvement or improvements
thereon, commonly known as 12005 - 46th South,
Seattle, Washington.

Said life estate shall irmmdiately terminate on :ho death of
Rose E. Craig, a widow. During her lifetime, said Roce P. Craig
shall be liable for and pay for heat and other utilities used in
connection therewith and also for the reasonable maintenance of the
interior of the hods" thereon.
