Smith, his wife, are the owners of the real property described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Smith Property"). The grantees, Alvin CD vq• B. Harrison and Betty J. Harrison, his wife, are the owners CD CD of the real property desdribed in Exhibit B attached hereto (the "Earrison Property"), which adjoins the Smith' Property to the south. POR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION; receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grantors hereby grant, covenant and agree with and to grantees that: (a) Grantor grants to Grantee and/or the City of Tukwila an easement 10 feet wide, the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northerly margin and 248 feet westerly of the northeast corner of Lot 36, Brookvale Garden Tracts, as recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, page 47, records of King county; thence southerly 150 feet parallel to the easterly margin of said Lot 36; thence southwesterly. 225 feet more or less to the intersection of the southerly margin of said Lot 36 and the easterly right of p/ay line of Macadam Road; for the construction, operation, maintenance and/or repair/ replacement of the utility line or lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right of way for all purposes necessary and related thereto. This easement is granted with the under- standing that the property affected will be returned to a condition equal to its original condition upon .completion of construction.
