in consideration of ONE DOLLAR (S 1.00), in hand paid. and other good and valuable consideration, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, docs hereby convey and warrant to WASHINGTON NATURAL GAS
COMPANY, ': Washington Corporation, its successors and assigns, herein referred to as " Grantee", a
non - exclusive easement for a gas pipeline or pipelines under, over. through and across the 'flowing described
property of the Grantor.located in the County of___.JCing

Tract 36, Brookvale Garden Tracts, according to the plat recorded in
• Volume 10 of Plats, Page 47, in King County, Washington. TOGETHER with that
portion of the South half of Section 23, Township 23 North, Range 4 East,
W.H., in King County, Washington, lying between the East line of said
Brookvale Garden Tracts, And the West line of interurban Addition to Seattle,
according to the plat recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, Page 5.5, in King
County, Washington, and between the Easterly extension of the North and
South lines of said Tract 36; EXCEPT that portion ther.of deeded to the State
of Washington for primary State Highway No, 1 by deed recorded under
Auditor's Pile No. 5516654. Situate in King County, Washington.
Easement Location: Said easement is 5 feet wide and 2.5 feet or. and along
either side of an underground natural as line as installed on the above

described parcel of land. ET that such easement shall not extend
below any building, structure or underlying foundation which was
constructed prior to installation of the gas pipeline or pipelines.
giving and granting to Grantee the right to construct. install. operate, maintain. protect. improve, repair.
replace and abandon in place said gas pipeline or pipelines, together with the non - exclusive right of access to
and from said property. As used herein, the term "pipeline" shall include gas lines and services together with
such surface or sub - surface pipeline appurtenances and facilities as are necessary. in the judgement of
Grantee, for the operation and maintenPnce of said pipeline or pipelines. By the acceptance of this easement
Grantee agrees to hold the Grantor harmless from any loss, cost or damage resulting from the operation or
maintenance of such pipeline or pipelines except as may be attributable to the sole negligence of Grantor.
Grantor agrees not to ercct any structures on said easement.
