THIS AGREEMENT, made this 16 day of March 1995.
NASSER S. AHMADNIA AS A SINGLE MEN, OWNER OF THE FOLLOWING
DESCRIBED PROPERTY:

THE WEST 122 FEET OF THE NORTH 64.33 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING
DESCRIBED PARCEL:

OF SEATTLE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 12 OF PLATS,
PAGE 47, IN KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON;
EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF THE WEST 100 FEET THEREOF LYING SOUTH OF

WITNESSETH: That for and in consederation of the mutual covenants
herein expressed, it is hereby agreed between the above parties that:
1ST- There shall be an easement twenty (20) feet wide (see
easment described below) for a side sewer along the line of said
side sewer as constructed for the use and benefit of said
properties.

EASEMENT (OF LOT "A ")
The south 20 feet of the west 112 feet of the
the following described parcel:
Tract 28, Merrick's acre tracts division no.
of Seattle, according to the plat recorded in
47, in King County, Washington;
Except that portion of the west 110 feet thereof lying south of
north 64.33 feet of said tract, and except the west 10 feet of said
tract conveyed to King County for road by deed recorded under
auditor's file no. 6051920, and except that portion thereof condemned
for roadway by king county under K.S.C.S. no. 713089.

2ND -There shall be a common sewer connection for the use of
said properties.
3RD -The cost of maintenance, repair or reconstruction of that
portion of the side sewer used in common shall be borne in equal
shares, except that the owners of any lower parcel shall not be
resposible for the part of the sewer above their connection; and
when necessary to repair, clean or reconstruct the sewer, the
parties to this agreament shall have a right of entry for that
purpose.
4TH -This agreement shall be a covenant running with the land :. and
shall be kinding upon all parties and their heirs and assigns
forever.
