EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION (Parcel A)
Beginning at a point on the south line of tract 13, Seattle
Land Company's 5 acre Tracts, according to plat thereof
recorded in volume 6 of plats, page 90, records of said
county, which point is at the east marginal line of State
Aid Road No. 1, run thence east along the south line of said
tract, 213, feet; thence run in a northwesterly direction
166 feet to a point 186 feet east of the east marginal line
of said road; thence run westward 186 feet to the east
marginal line of said road; thence run southeasterly along
the east line of said road 145 feet to place of beginning;
SUBJECT TO: Easement for driveway over the south 10 feet of
said premises, with sufficient room for turning vehicles
over and additional triangular space extending 20 feet
northward and 20 feet westward from the intersection of such
roadway with the east line of the said tract and at the
southeast corner thereof, reserved in deed from P.G.
Johnson, a widower, to Hilda Matilda Anderson and Edward
Nester Anderson, husband and wife, date November 9, 1928,

according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 6 of Plats,
page 90, in King County, Washington, lying east of County
Road (MacAdam Road South);
EXCEPT the north 67.4 feet thereof as measured on the west
line of said Lot 13;
ALSO EXCEPT the following:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the east line of
said county road with the south line of said Lot 13;
thence east along the south line of said lot 213 feet;
thence northwesterly 166 feet to a point which is 186 feet
east of the east line of said county road;
thence. southwesterly 186 feet to a point which is 145 feet
north of the point of beginning;
