EASEMENT AND JOINT ROAD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
We the undersigned hereby agree that the road parcel described as:

All maintenance, repair, improvements and /or rebuilding of said
private road shall be the obligation and responsibility of the owners
and /or contract purchaser of the parcels of property having legal
access therefore and their accessories, heirs and /or assigns for
maintenance, repair, improvement and /or rebuilding, the cost shall be
shared by the owners of each parcel in the short plat in the same
proportion as their ownership of said road.

developer shall either install a fire hydrant capable of pumping 1000 gallons
per minute or;
The future houses will be required to provide interior sprinklers to be
approved by the Fire Department.

This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding of
the Grantor, his successors, heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that they are
