Legal Description:
That portion of Lots 23 and 24, Block 17, in Hillman's Seattle
Garden Tract, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 11. of
Plats, page 24, in King County, Washington; lying easterly of a line
12.00 feet westerly of and parallel with the following described
line:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 23;
thence south 81.23'57" east 'along the north line thereof 206.73 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, which is a point on a non - tangent
curve the center of which bears south 55 °10'22" west a distance of
205.00 feet;
thence along said curve to the right through a central angle of
23 °33'42" an arc distance of 84.30 feet to a point of tangency;
