easement AGREEMENT

The undersigned, KARL WHITCOMB and GErtrude WHITCOMB, his wife,
are the owners of the following described property.
The North 70 feet of Lot 1, Block 6, Riverton Acre Tracts,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 11 of Plats,
page 100, records of King County, Washington, EXCEPT the East
130 feet; and EXCEPT Portion condemned by King County for
Military Road in King County Superior Court Cause No. 239736,
Subject to an easement for ingress, egress and utilities
over the north 15 feet of said parcel.
The above described property has been approved under Short
Plat No. 379160, recorded under Recording No. 7907181075,
in King County, Washington.
It is hereby agreed that the owners of the following described property,
their successors and /or assigns may have the right of ingress, egress
and utilities over the easement property as herein described above.
The South 70 feet of Lot 2, measured on the East line of Block
6 of Riverton Acre Tracts, as per plat recorded in Volume 11
of Plats, page 100, records of King County, Washington.
EXCEPT that portion thereof conveyed to King County for road
by deed recorded under Recording No. 2649131.
