2. Carpool to REACH Center of Hope Day Shelter, 1055 S. Grady Way, Renton
• Discussion:
Attendees: Jan Bolerjack, Liliya Stefogolo, Rosa Lee Hanna staff. Evie Boykan, Stacy Hansen
Dr. Linda Smith, ED of REACH Center of Hope took the HSAB and staff on a tour of the facility. A unique
partnership with the City of Renton, Renton Churches and the Salvation Army (evening meal) as well as local
volunteers to staff the shelter from Sam — 5 pm M -F. Breakfast and lunch are served at the site during normal
hours of operation, residents are transported to the Salvation Army for dinner and then transported to local
churches where they sleep. Center for Hope supports all women and women with children at their day center
which offers meals, hygiene supplies, showers, laundry facilities, case management, over -night shelter and other
referrals to supportive services.
