JOINT MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
Notice is hereby given that ARLENE SUE CRUZ owner of the following decribed tracts
of land;
Parcel "A" legal attached as part of this subdivision.
Parcel "B" legal attached as part of this subdivision.
do hereby establish this agreement and convey unto all present and fizture owners, their
heirs and assigns, of all or any of the foregoing described tract of land: The maintenance
of the easement granted and conveyed in short subdivision of CITY OF TUKWILA
NO. L93- 0071.
This agreement shall be binding upon all present and future owners of the parcels created
under the aforementioned document. It is agreed that the cost of keeping the casement
roadway for ingress and egress and all utilities, water and power; telephone and other the
utilities over and under the easement in a state of good repair. and the roadway will be
kept in a generally attractive condition, and shall be the responsibility of the owners of
the parcels A and B.

EASEMENT GRANTING RIGHT TO ENTER UPON LAND, MAKE SLOPES AND
CUT TO REPAIR, CLEAN OR RECONSTRUCT THE SANITARY SEWER.
Whereas the grantor, Miss Arlene Sue Cruz, a single person (hereinafter the
owner ) owns real property at 16239 - 51st Ave S. Tukwila, King County, Washington
.The owner in fee simple of certain real property, more specifically described as:
The Easterly Half of lot # 22, Block 5, McMicken Heights, Division #2,
According to the Unrecorded Plat Thereof In Tukwila, In the County of King, State of
Washington.
Nov therefore, the above Described Parcel , will be divided into three lots
known as lots A and B and C.
The owner is desirous of establishing an easement for sanitary sewer and natural gas. The
sanitary sewer easement 15 feet in width for the benefit of each of the said properties
below and the two properties adjacent westerly. The natural gas in this easement is to
benefit Lots A and B.
1. Legal desrciption of location of easement is :
As shown in attached short plat survey, Tukwila Short Plat # L93 -0071 and as
described
in attached legal descriptions.
2. The cost of maintenance, repair or reconstruction of that portion of the sewer used
in common shall be borne in equal shares, except that the owner of any lower parcel shall
not be responsible for the part of the sewer above their connection; and when necessary
to repair, clean or reconstruct the sewer, the parties to this agreement shall have a right of
entry for that purpose.
3. This agreement shall be a covenant running Nvith the land and shall be binding unto
all parties, their heirs and assigns forever.
