described tract of land. The maintenance of the easement granted and
conveyed in short subdivision of City of Tukwila No. 412-0081:3
This agreement shall be binding upon all present and future owners of the
parcels created under the aforementioned document.
#1. Sewer line: It is agreed the 4" line shall be the responsibity
of the individual owner and the 6" line shall be
the joint responsibity of both parties to pay the
cost of any repair or maintenance.
4 #2. Easement Roadway: It is agreed the costs of keeping the
easement roadway for ingress and egress in a state
of good repair and generally attractive condition
shall be the responsibility of the owner of Parcel
"B".
