NOTICE TO TITLE
The following notices apply to the property described in
Attachment B of Tukwila short subdivision #L92- 0102,, hereinafter
referred to as the Property:
1. Prior to issuance of any Building Permits for
future development on the Property, the
existing driveway must be modified by limiting
its width to forty (40) feet on the south side
of the existing access. This may require
obtaining easement(s) from adjacent
properties.
2. Prior to issuance of any Building Permits for
the Property, installation of an additional
fire hydrant may be required, depending upon
the design and layout of proposed structures.
This Notice to Title required as a condition of approval to Tukwila
Short Subdivision #L92 -0102, and is to be recorded with said Short
Subdivision.
