That the owners of said property are Mr. and Mrs. Satomi Kato and the property is legally described as: Real property in the City of Tukwila, County of King, State of Washington, described as follows: Beginning at the N4 corner of Tract 11 of the Interurban Addition to Seattle as recorded in Vol. 10 of Plats, p. 55, Records of King County, Washington; thence S. 0 °35' W. 240' along the W. line of said Tract 11 to true point of beginning; thence N. 89 °52' E. parallel to N. line of said Tract 11, 184.79'; thence S. 0 °08' E. 285' more or less to a line that lies 70' northerly of and parallel to the center line of Primary State Hwy #1 R.E.; thence N. 70 °30'27" W. along said line to a point from which the true point of beginning bears S. 0 °35' E. 206' more or less to the true point of beginning.
