Mayor Gary Van Dusen, Maxine Anderson (City Clerk), Doug Gibbs
(Assistant Fire Chief), Jim Haney (City Attorney), Don Morrison
(City Administrator), Byron Sneva (Public Works Director).
Mayor Van Dusen reported a resolution has been signed by Renton
establishing the Renton Tukwila boundary. The next action will
be an interlocal agreement that will go to the Boundary Review
Board.
COUNCILMEMBER HARRIS ARRIVED AT THE MEETING AT 7:08 P.M.
Byron Sneva, Public Works Director, stated the road is under
redesign.
Councilmember Morgan stated she would like administration to
make a response to the letter.
Approval of Minutes: MOVED BY BAUCH, SECONDED BY HARRIS, THAT THE MINUTES OF THE
July 14, 1986 COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING HELD JULY 14, 1986 BE APPROVED
AS PUBLISHED. MOTION CARRIED.

Southcenter View Condo
Association. Joan Sprague, President of the Southcenter View Condo Association,
read a letter addressed to the Mayor and City Councilmembers
requesting action on Macadam Road South improvements during the
1986 calendar year.
Council Recommendation MOVED BY SIMPSON, SECONDED BY HARRIS, THAT COUNCIL RECOMMENDATION
on Fire Dist. #1 BE ON THE AGENDA OF THE NEXT REGULAR MEETING OF THE COUNCIL.
Petition for MOTION CARRIED.

MOVED BY MORGAN, SECONDED BY SIMPSON, THAT THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE
BE ON THE AGENDA OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE COUNCIL AT THE
