As stated in our telephone conversation of March 19th, Industrial Crating and Packing is in the process of diversifing into the pre- fabricated home industry. At this time we are interested in erecting a temporary prototype home as described in the enclosed drawings so that we may more closely study the details of our construction. This structure will contain no electrical or plumbing facilities and will not be used for occupancy. As . you requested, the permit was to be valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issuance of the permit. Permit #198 was approved for issuance and dated March 27, 1973. You signed the permit on April 10, 1973 (the same afternoon that you paid for the permit). As you can see, the thirty day period has elapsed. On this date, I have observed that the temporary structure still stands therefore, you are in violation of the permit and the Building Code of the City of Tukwila. I hereby order you to completely dismantle the structure within 10 days of . the date of this order. Failure to comply with this order will force me to take legal action.
