City of Tukwila Re: Spring —Ring Tenant Improvement (KolI Bldg. #4) Dear John: In reviewing the above mentioned project plans, the follow - ing are requirements of the Tukwila Fire Department: 1. Fire extinguishers are required in this area. The responsible parties should contact this office for requirements. 2. This office requires a letter stating the intended operations and building contents. Per UFC Sec. 10.104 (b), "All doors in or leading to exits shall be maintained openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort at all times when the building or area served thereby is occupied!'. A11 doors,.including exits shall be identified per OSHA, Section 1910.37'(q). A type ' "B!' vent, terminating two feet above . the roof shall be installed above the "burners ".
