Box 12510 Seattle, Washington 98111 Attention: Mr. N. K. Seethoff Gentlemen: Your mechanical plans have been reviewed by the Tukwila Fire Department as per your request. Please find enclosed a copy of the Fire Department report. The submitted plans shall be placed on file and a building permit for this phase of the work shall be issued. However, the plans shall not be stamped approved as the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries Electrical Division is the proper authority to issue electrical permits and approve drawings, as is the King County Department of Health the proper authority for issuing a plumbing permit and approving those drawings. The building permit issued by this office is merely to cover the above portions of the total work for which as building permit is normally issued and a fee paid. These items have been conveyed to Mr. Ron Schifferel of McKinstry by telephone. 1. Horizontal piping to have a slope of in per 10 lineal feet. Fire Department personnel shall witness the pressure tests of the standpipes. All standpipes to have a drain at their lowest point.
