Minutes of Meeting, 4 October 1973'
The recessed regular meeting of 27 September 1973 was
reconvened at 8 :10 p.m. this date by Chairman Mettler.
Commissioners present were Mr. Zepp, Mr, Saul, Mr, Sneva
Mr. Lamb, Mr. Mettler, Mr. Link, Mr. West and Mrs. Harris,
Chairman Mettler noted the Commission had completed up
to Section V, item C of the 27 September .1973 Agenda,
Southcenter West Sign Review
Mr. Moss read staff comments and the Commission discussed
the need for two freestanding signs since the north 'and
south private streets are one -way.
Motion by Mr. Zepp and seconded by. Mr, Lamb to approve
the plan as submitted subject to the wording placed 'on
the sign be as submitted with the approved plan'. 'Motion
carried with Mrs. Harris voting NO.
F. B. Connelly Sign Review
Mr. Moss read staff comments noting the sign has been
approved by the Andover A.C.C. and is in conformance with
the Sign Code.
Motion by Mr. Sneva, seconded by Mr. Saul and carried to
approve the sign as submitted.
A & T Skis
Mr. Moss read staff comments, noting the Andover A.C.C,
required 10 foot setback from right -of -way. Staff recom-
mends approval subject to compliance with. the Andover
A.C.C. requirement of a 10 foot setback.
Motion by Mr. Lamb, seconded by Mr. Sneva and carried to
approve the sign subject to the 10 foot setback from edge
of right -'of -way.
