Motion by Mr. Zepp and seconded by. Mr, Lamb to approve the plan as submitted subject to the wording placed 'on the sign be as submitted with the approved plan'. 'Motion carried with Mrs. Harris voting NO. F. B. Connelly Sign Review Mr. Moss read staff comments noting the sign has been approved by the Andover A.C.C. and is in conformance with the Sign Code. Motion by Mr. Sneva, seconded by Mr. Saul and carried to approve the sign as submitted.
