Sign Reviews in C -M Zone Mr. Crutchfield, Staff, read letter to Commission, from Staff, recommending the Commission eliminate the policy of reviewing wall signs within the C -M Zone. This was requested in light of the Sign Code and that the sign must conform to the Sign Code before it comes before the Commission and that.it seems a duplication of effort.
