PARCEL A: That portion of C. C. Lewis Donation Claim No. 37,
in Section 10, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in
King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point which bears North 40 °01'05" West a distance
of 920.15'feet from the monument 'Hub' at the point of inter-
section of a curve on the center line of the Duwamish Renton
Junction Road, now payed, said point of intersection being
approximately 1,000 feet east and 20 feet south of the quarter
corner between Sections 14 and 15, Township 23 North, Range 4
East, W.M., in King County, Washington; thence North 49° 24'
West on a curve 150.00 feet distant from and parallel with the
centerline of the said .Duwamish Renton Junction Road a distance
of 835.00 feet to a point which bears North 81 °44'15" east a
distance of 199.17 feet from a monumnet 'Hub' at the end of a
course on the centerline of said Duwamish Renton Junction Road,
said end of curve being approximately 1200 feet North and 440
feet West of the quarter corner between Sections 14 and 15;
thence North 49 °24' West a distance of'2535.00 feet; thence
