agency that certifies the cubic feet per minute (CFM) of Air

Mr. John Jewett of Kidder, Mathews & Segner, Inc.. to process all of
the particulars concerning this space.
It seems that in his zeal to complete the paper work, Mr. Jewett has
given the architect an improper name for the room at the east end of
our proposed office layout. This room is meerly a working design
room and is for the sole use of our employees to assist in the layout
and design of retail programs which we sell to our customers. We
have absolutely no off street visitors to our offices and this room
is definitely not a "show room" as stated.
Our warehouse shelving will be standard 16 foot high steel supported
ack with stacking at three levels and on the floor. All goods will
be on standard 40" X 48" pallets and there will be reau]attnn frame
e bet, - .-ves to comply with the fire code. We will be ware-
housing packaged finis e• goods merc an or the manufacturers
which we represent within this territory. Items that we will ware-
house are as follows: Metal kitchen range hoods, bathroom exhaust
fans, replacement household light fixtures, brass plumbing faucets
and brass hose bibbs. We will do absolutely no manufacturing or
engage in any cottage industry work that would tend to be a hazzard
such as you mentioned was a concern of yours.
It is our intention to run a smooth and clean warehouse in conjunction
with our efforts as sales people for these products. It is import-
ant to our firm that we satisfy all Tukwila warehouse codes initially
so that we might begin with our occupancy on 6/1/84 per our lease.
I hope that the attached warehouse plans and the product information
concerning the goods to be warehoused will help you in the approval
of our occupancy.
