You may understandably question our stipulated sum of $5000. This was our
best estimate for demolition and removal of the debris of the house should
a house mover either not want the house or not be able after all to remove
it. Therefore, the worst case scenario is that the City would have to have
the house demolished and removed.

We hereby agree that the sum of $5,000 will be held in Seattle. First
National Bank Savings Account No. in the name of
Yeino J. Tyyska or Bonita J. Light to assure demolition and removal of the
above referenced house, within 60 days of issuance of the foundation permit
and guarantee that these funds will not be released without written
instructions from the City of Tukwila. We further agree that these funds
will be released to the City of Tukwila upon notice by the Mayor thereof
that the demolition and removal has not occurred by the aforementioned
date.

Please secure in reserve the amount of $1000.00 dollars, within
the reference account, for the purpose of assurance to the city of
Tukwila that the old house now existing on the property address of
14035 55the Ave. So., will be removed within 90 days after
completion of a new house authorized by building permit application
number 84 -268.
Said money amount shall be held until the below authorizing
agents in and for the city of Tukwila have signed the release
provided as part of this agreement. In the event the old house is
not removed within the allocated time, said money shall be released
by order of the mayor of Tukwila and assigned for demolition of said
old house.
Assignment and transfer of the money so designated shall
release owers of said property of all 'present and future obligations
or liability for removal of said old house.
