KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the STATE OF WASHINGTON, for and
in consideration of EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY -FIVE AND NO /100
DOLLARS ($8,625.00), hereby conveys and quitclaims unto PET R� SKARBO and BERIT
R -
K. SKARBO, husband and wife, all its right, title and interest, in and to the following
described real property situated in King County, State of Washington:
That part of the hereinafter described Parcel "A" lying between a line which is
parallel with and 345 feet southeasterly, when measured radially, from the LW
Line Survey of SR 5, South 178th St. to South 126th St.; and a line described as
beginning at a point opposite Highway Engineer's Station (hereinafter referred
to as HES) LW 2513 +54.06 on said LW Line Survey and 345 feet southeasterly
therefrom; thence northeasterly to a point opposite HES LW 2514 +00 on said
LW Line Survey to a point opposite HES LW 2515 +00; thence northwesterly to a
point opposite HES LW 2515 +39.41 on said LW Line Survey and 345 feet
southeasterly therefrom and the end of this line description.
Parcel "A":
That part of. the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 26,
Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., described as beginning at the West
quarter of said Section. 26 and running thence South 89021131" East 196164 feet
to the westerly margin of the County Road; thence North 0009122" West along
said road margin 250 feet to the T RUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
continuing North 0009122" West along said road margin 170 feet; thence North
89021131" West 350 feet; thence South 0009122" East 170 feet; thence South
89021131" East 350 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
It is understood and agreed that the grantee herein will relocate the existing
highway right of way fence to the location and specifications provided by the
grant6t. herein. The signature of the grantee on this instrument evidences
agreement to this condition.
The grantees herein, their successors or assigns, shall have no right of i
egress to, from and between said SR 5 and the lands herein conveyed; nor sh
grantees herein, their successors or assigns, be entitled to compensation for any
light, view' `lir occasioned by the location, construction, maintenance or opera
said highw.,

office of the Secretary of Transportation at Olympia, Washington, bearing date of
approval Jar, - - -y 30, 1962.
This is given to correct that certain Quit Claim Deed by and between the
parties hereto dated August 10, 1984 and recorded August 21, 1984 as Auditor's File No.
8408210728, records of said county.
The lands herein described are not required for State highwayr purposes and are
conveyed pursuant to the provisions of RCW Chapter 47.12.063.
