The Grantor, Steve Peterson, an individual, conveys, warrants, and dedicates
to the CITY OF TUKWILA, a Washington municipal corporation, the following
described public water utilities improvements (D14-0170):
APPROXIMATELY : Ten (10) lineal feet of 1-inch type K copper pipe, one
each — 1-inch water meter box with 1" check valve and angle stop, one water
tap service, one ten inch saddle, one 1" corp. stop, and all appurtenances. The
value of the transferred assets, from the Grantor/Property Owner to the City of
Tukwila, is $2,000.00.
