Complete Declaration of Access & Shared Parking Easement • City seeking consensus with KCLS and TVDA 2. Close escrow • KCLS & TVDA sign a development agreement • City to modify DDA, DA, and temporary access easements to exclude Parcel D TUKWILA VILLAGE -I City's Next Steps 1. Sell Parcel D to KCLS 2. Process permits and inspect construction 3. Negotiate frontage improvement agreement with TVDA 4. Sell parcels to TVDA 5. Negotiate CC &Rs for plaza 6.
