• TVDA and KCLS agreed to and submitted an
integrated site plan with shared parking.
• TVDA and KCLS received a 10% parking reduction
• TVDA and KCLS would like designated spaces
included in the access and shared parking easement.
• An easement is not flexible for adapting as parking
needs change
