The regular monthly meeting of the Council of the Town of
Tukwila was called to order by the Mayor on the above date at 8:00 P,
There were present Mayor E. F. Greene, Councilmen H. E. Ives, P. S.
G V. Harrison, Fred Nord and A. G. Berg.
Minutes of the last regular and special meetings were read
the Clerk and approved as read.
BILLS
The following b&lls were read by the Clerk and after being
approved by the Finance Committee, it was regularly moved, seconded c
carried that they be paid and warrants drawn for the respective amour

COMMUNICATIONS
The Town Treasurers monthly report was read by the Clerk ar
ordered placed on file.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Resolution No. 25 regarding the petition for disincorporati
was read by the Clerk. Moved and seconded that Resolution No. 25 be
adopted. Motion carried.
Moved and seconded that the Clerk be instructed to request
the King County Election Board to place the question of disincorporat
on the ballots at the November election. Motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
Discussion was brought up regarding the renewal of the preE
street lighting contract as well as the installing of additional stre
lights. No action was taken however.
At the request of several members of the Council the Clerk
read the report of the State Auditor upon the recent examination intc
the Town records.
Discussion was brought up regarding street improvements in
various parts of the Town. No action was taken however.
