THIS PARTIAL RELEASE OF TEMPORARY ACCESS EASEMENT ( "Release ") is
made and declared the last date signed below by the City of Tukwila ( "Grantor ") and Samara
Hubner, Inc. ( "Grantee ").
Grantor and Grantee hereby release the property known as King County Assessor's
Tax Parcel No. 152304- 9092 -02, legally described in Exhibit A hereto, from the Easement
granted under King County Recording Number 20140220000561, recorded February 20, 2014
( "2014 Easement "), for ingress, egress in, on, over, across, and upon the property described in
the 2014 Easement.
The Parties agree that King County Assessor's Tax Parcel No. 152304 -9092-

Range 4 East, Willamette Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of said Southwest quarter;
THENCE North 87 °35'31" West, 586.32 feet along the South line of said Southwest quarter;
THENCE at right angles, North 02 °24'29" East, 44.25 feet to the North margin of South 144th
Street as conveyed to the City of Tukwila by King Recording No. 20150319001438 and the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
