JOINT USE AND ACCESS EASEMENT
The undersigned Grantor, being the Owner of Lots 7 and 8, in the City of Tukwila Short Plat
recorded in King County, Washington under recording number 20040212900003, do Hereby
grant to themselves and grant to all future Owners and to their heirs, successors and assigns, an
undivided ownership in the private access easement, as described in Exhibit A and attached
hereto, for ingress, egress and utilities. Lots 7 and 8 shall be responsible for its maintenance.
