BE MAINTAINED TO SUPPORT SAFE AND UNIMPEDED PEDESTRIAN AND VEHICULAR
ACCESS, INCLUDING FIRE AND OTHER EMERGENCY VEHICLES. MAINTENANCE SHALL
INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO, PROPER UPKEEP OF PAVEMENT SURFACES,
SHOULDERS AND VEGETATION CONTROL.
(VII) EACH PARTICIPATING PROPERTY WILL BEAR 1/3 (ONE THIRD) OF THE COST OF
MAINTAINING SAID PRIVATE DRIVEWAY.
THIS AGREEMENT IS TO AMEND THE MAINTENANCE AND AGREEMENT RECORDED IN KING
COUNTY RECORDS UNDER RECORDING NUMBER 20041220002548.
THIS AGREEMENT SHALL INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF AND BE BINDING UPON THE HEIRS,
SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF EACH RESPECTIVE PARTY HERvr. rO. ALL COVENANTS HEREIN
