ORDINANCE NO. 452
AN ORDINANCE accepting an Easement from Southcenter
Corporation for construction, operation, maintenance, repair, and
replacement of utility lines.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA do ordain as
follows:
SECTION I: That the Easement executed and dated March
1, 1966, by the Grantor, Southcenter Corporation, granting an Ease-
ment for utility lines on the following described real property
situate in Tukwila, King County, Washington, to wit:
"The West 10 feet of the East 40 feet of the South
406.49 feet of the Southwest quarter of the South-
east quarter of Section 23, Township 23 North, Range
4 East W.M., and
The West 10 feet of the East 40 feet of the Northwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 26, Town-
ship 23, Range 4 East W.M.,
EXCEPT portions thereof previously deeded for road
purposes;"
be, and the same is hereby accepted for the purposes set forth
therein.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila this
7th day of March, 1966.
