presumes to grant this authority are therefore not valid.
7: Any change in the scope of work described by the electrical work permit shall require additional work permits. Where
approved plans have been issued, revisions to the plans and additional review may be required.

Required note for bidding and installation:
All contractors (general contractor as well as all sub— contractors) bidding and awarded to construct
this facility are responsible to verify all equipment furnished and supplied and installed at this site. The
equipment utility (gas, water, sewer, vent, electrical, building mechanical systems. duct connections,
exhaust connections, security, fire alarm, data, phone, etc.) connection must be verified before bidding.
These information are not limited to point of connection, locations, type of connections. number of
connections, and coordination with other trades. The contractors shall be responsible for reading the
equipment specification book as part of the construction documentation. The equipment will include all
equipment purchased or furnished or installed by any one.
All utility connections and their locations must include all equipment as required by the utility
company as well as local codes or the shopping center /Mall requirements. Contractor to verify all
requirements before bid. The most stringent requirement shall apply even if not detailed.
The contractors are responsible to request for verification of all Mall or Shopping Center
requirements as well as any other local /State/Federal requirements. The contractor shall insure all existing
systems are verified and functional. Contractor to verify the placement of new equipment are available. All
equipment furnished to the contractor as well as purchased by the contractor must be accompanied with
full submittal process and Engineers' approval. The contractor shall follow all installations per local and
State Codes and any deviation from codes even if not detailed in plans, any field correction must be
performed by the contractor at no cost to the owners.
The contractors are responsible to request for all cut sheets for the equipment and if the
equipment furnished differed from the cut sheets, the contractor shall adjust the installation accordingly.
All coordination and adjustment among all trades must be performed by the General Contractor. All
coordination and the distribution of responsibility for the site is by the general contractor. All bids must
be for full and complete installation and complete functional and operational equipment and systems. All
accessories and peripherals wires, conduits, pipes, connections, roof penetrations, attachments, supports,
and any other requirements will be part of bid for fully functional and complete installation as required by
plans and specifications as well as local requirements. All controls, and al interlocking and interfaces
among sub — contractors such as smoke or duct detectors within HVAC units and with all trades not shown
on these drawings such as security system, fire alarm system must be well coordinate during bid. The
Contractor is responsible for all of above requirements and must include all provisions into the bid and
installation.
All existing installations & connections done by others are not part of the scope of this project. If
the installation, connections, materials & equipment are not to code or are unsafe, the owner of the
building shall be contacted and all corrections to existing work shall be done under separate contract.
Engineer is not responsible for any existing conditions or work previously done by others.
