This procedure is in addition to any requirements for special inspection. 8: All wood to remain in placed concrete shall be treated wood. 9: There shall be no occupancy of a building until final inspection has been completed and approved by Tukwila building inspector. Permits presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of the code or other ordinances of the City of Tukwila shall not be valid. The issuance of a permit based on construction documents and other data shall not prevent the Building Official from requiring the correction of errors in the construction documents and other data. 21: The attached set of building plans have been reviewed by the Fire Prevention Bureau and are acceptable with the following concerns: 22: Maintain sprinkler coverage per N.F.P.A. 13. Addition /relocation of walls, closets or partitions may require relocating and /or adding sprinkler heads. There has not been a building inspection scheduled since December 29, 2006. It is clear that the framing, sheathing and the window openings have remained unprotected for nearly two years. For all practical purposes, the construction on this project has been abandoned. Tukwila Ordinance requires that an unfinished structure is subject to abatement by demolition and removal when there has been a cessation of normal construction for a period of more than two years. Since no further extensions are allowed for this permit, the abatement process could be initiated after December 24, 2008 unless there is progress made to complete the weather protection enclosure of the building envelope. Progress shall be defined as the approved completion of the exterior of the building envelope on or before December 24, 2008. The work must include the installation of a water resistive barrier, finish siding and trim, windows, doors and roofing. This work will eliminate water intrusion and provide minimum protection from any further deterioration of the structural frame and the interior of the building. I am attaching my letter in response to the Brenner's lawyer sent certified have not heard from them but they have not removed their fence from my property. I found my garage door screwed to the frame. he called me one day at 4 a.m. to tell me that my door was banging. I used to sleep facing it for years and never heard it. 1 went out and closed It. I have had to call the police after Mr. Brenner came to my home about 7 a.m. knocking on the door and screaming. The officer talked to him and then told me to get a restraining order. I been told that he is doing crack and amphetamines by various neighbors. I am really scared. I need to fence everything and put a gate before I move the house I need to have people staying in the house while I am gone on my job I will get a restraining order to do the construction and removal of their fence. It is going to be ugly. I have had stolen from my home a chop saw, a reciprocating saw, a palm sander, a portable table saw. The stealing is not at once. I have all my portable tools at a friends house because I can't leave them at home. Now, there is like a couch and several windows outside of my home, in the street. Candy Spencer the old owner of the house next to David Stein had two refrigerators dumped at her place. She believes that Nara, a guy that works cleaning windows with Mr. Brenner, and used to live next to her, put them there. Who is responsible for it? On the new houses they have added the dirt of the foundation to their backyards what is going to exacerbate an already serious problem of flooding in my basement. So even if I was ready to lift the house, I am very concemed about where their water is going to go this winter. They have no plan for gutters in their permit and their soil does not drain. When they dug for the foundations, the water stayed in like a pool. On the mechanical permit at 40th I do not know why I got it out since it is going to be a while before I can deal with !t.
