Tukwila, Wash., June 11, 1925.
The regular monthly meeting of the Council of the Town of
Tukwila was called to order by the Mayor on the above date at 8:00
P. M. There were present Mayor G. C. Bergquist, Councilmen Fred Noe
A. G. Berg, G. V. Harrison, J. A. Kunz and J. R. Naylor.
Minutes of the last regular meeting were read by the Clei
and approved as read.
The following bills were read by the Clerk and after heir
approved by the Finance Committee, it was regularly moved, seconded
and carried that they be paid and warrants drawn for their respecti
amounts.

COMMUNICATIONS
The Town Treasurers monthly report was read by the Clerk
and placed on file.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
The matter of additional work on the Ton road together
with various other street improvements throughout the Town was
brought up and discussed at length. The Mayor recommended that the
entire Council look over the various streets and walks of the Town
on Sunday, June 14th and ordered the matted laid over until the
next regular meeting.
NEW BUSINESS
The Mayor made the following appointments:
Clerk D. A. Newton
Police Magistrate J. L. Durbin
Marshal F. E. Henke
as well as the various committees of the Council, following which
he gave a short talk to the Council and citizens on the future
welfare of the Town.
The question of destroying thistles throughout the Town
was brought up and referred to the Marshal.
Moved and seconded that a vote of thanks be tendered
Councilman A. G. Berg for his services in connection with the im-
provement of Graham Avenue by the County Commissioners. Motion
carried.
No further business appearing, the Council adjourned
at 8:40 P. M.
