Roof framing is wood decking over 6x purlins at approx 5 feet OC over GL heavy timber beams at 25 feet OC supported by interior wood posts and 6" exterior concrete tilt up wall panels. Building has an approximately 40 feet x 125 feet wood framed mezzanine loft at the western end. Exterior Wall Summary: (E) West wall is constructed of (3) 25 ft wide concrete tilt -up wall panels and (2) full height x 25 foot wide storefront window panels. (E) East wall is constructed of (6) 25 ft wide concrete tilt -up wall panels. Two panels have (E) 10ft x 10 ft roll up doors. (E) North wall is constructed of (6) 20 ft wide concrete tilt -up wall panels. Three panels have (E) 10 ft x 10 ft roll up doors. (E) South wall is constructed of (6) 20 ft wide concrete tilt -up wall panels. One panel has an (E) 10 ft x 10 ft roll up door. Proposed (N) Door Opening: At the south exterior wall, (1) new 14 ft wide x 18 ft high roll -up door to be located approximately 50 feet from the south -east corner of the building. Remaining reinforced concrete wall panels along the south wall are acceptable for in -plane shear walls by inspection. (N) reinforcement steel at the (N) opening have been designed to support gravity and lateral wind and seismic forces as required per 2006 International Building Code as adopted by the City of Tukwila WA.
