We are located at 17616 West Valley Highway, and the nature of our occupancy is Fl: Manufacturing. All racking will be 7 feet 11 inches tall, standard step beams of 48 inches deep, 120" wide and bolted to the ground with 4 % inch long by % inch wide steel anchor bolts. These racks are teardrop style. Only non - hazardous materials will be stored on these racks. All racks were left in the building by the previous tenant. We are simply submitting this permit application to put the racking back up in new locations. Attached are the proposed placements of the racking. All drawings are clearly labeled. Since these are Tess than 8 feet tall, we do not need the engineering for a structural calculations sheet. Because the racking was left to us by the previous tenant, the only fees would be labor for the installation. We have called a few rack storage suppliers in the area, and the cost would be about $600.00 for installation. If the unit price is needed, each 10 feet wide rack storage section would cost approximately $120.00 each (depending on the vendor). Wire decking would run about $50.00 per unit.
