We will examine the substrate along with the hill time onsite inspector, provided by building owners. We will replace all deteriorated or obviously deflected plywood. The new roof system will consist of the one layer of G2 glass base sheet mechanically attached to substrate with 4 rows of nails 9" on center. Two layers of type-4 fiberglass ply sheet will follow, both set In Type 111 roofing asphalt. Base flashings will consist of a smooth surfaced modified followed by a standard 72 Ib. fiberglass mineral surfaced cap sheet. A 72. cap mineral surfaced cap sheet will be the final layer of the field roof system. All pipe penetrations and metal flashings will be replaced.
