Tukwila was called to order by the Mayor

Minutes of the last regular meeting were read by the Clerk
and approved as read.
BILLS
The following bills were read by the Clerk and after being
approved by the Finance Committee, it was regularly roved, teoonded
and carried that they be raid and warrants drawn for the respective
amounts.

COMMUNICATIONS
The regular monthly report of the Town Trea,aaurer was
read by the Clerk and ordered placed on file.
A letter from the State Auditor advising that $40.00
should be listed in the next budget to cover auditing of the town
accounts.
REPORTS OF COMMITTEES
Street Committee Councilman Ya.y lor.
Repairs to the Bluff Street sidewalk have been completed.
Thistles and brush along various street; have been cut and the via-
duct railings repaired.
NEW BUSINESS
Mayor Burgcuiat stated that Mr. Stewart had complained that
city grading had undermined his fence causing it to fall. .After
general discussion it war`s moved, seconded and carried that the fence
be repaired at the expense of the town.
Mr. Minkler appeared before the council complaining to the
condition of the viaduct on Main Street. Matter referred to the
i2 7/8/26.
Street Superintendent for action.
The queati_on of water supply was brought up and diaciissed
but no action taken.
