Given the short duration of this project (2 days) and the relative uniformity of the site minimal site controls should be necessary to ensure sediment and erosion control during demolition. Glacier proposes to conduct the demolition when rain is not forecasted, provide filter socks for any storm water catch basin on 51St Place South within 150 feet down gradient of project, trucks entering and leaving the site will be kept on clean pavement when possible and swept clean of loose soil before leaving site. Any track out that may result will be cleaned immediately whatever means necessary. 2. Upon completion of the demolition and disposal Glacier will subcontract a hydroseed company cover all disturbed areas with an erosion control tactifier and seed mix. 3. Glacier will sawcut existing driveway where it meets the public roadway to ensure clean and neat removal. 4. BNSF has requested and the City of Tukwila Water Department has consented to leaving the water line at the property line or meter box for future use by BNSF. 5. Existing septic tank on property will be pumped dry by an approved pumper, bleached and pumped again. Then Glacier will punch holes in bottom of tank, fill with gravel and compact. Lid of tank will be disposed of with onsite concrete. Glacier will then complete Wastewater Tank Abandonment Report and send it to Community Environmental Health along with the pump certification.
