discuss the water situation was called to order at 8:05 P. M.
Present were Councilmen J. A. Kunz, J. R. Naylor, E. F. Greene,
M. L. Holmes and J. C. Wickman. Mayor G. C. Bergquist being
absent.
The Clerk announcing that Mayor G. C. Bergquist would not
be present as he was out of the state, the Council, on motion,
regularly seconded and carried, elected Councilman E. F. Greene
to be President of the Council.
On motion regularly seconded and carried, it was declared
that an emergency exists and, therefore, Ordinance No. 110 was
introduced and placed on its first, second and third reading.
Ordinance No, 110 being read by the Clerk, once in full
and twice by title, it was moved, seconded and carried that it be
adopted.
Resolution No. 30 was read by the Clerk, after which it was
moved, seconded and carried that it be adopted.
Resolution No. 31 was read by the Clerk, after which it was
moved, seconded and carried that it be adopted.
No further business appearing, the Council adjourned at
9:50 P. M.
