PERMIT CONDITIONS:

2: No changes shall be made to the approved plans unless approved by the design professional in responsible charge and the
Building Official.
3: All permits, inspection records, and approved plans shall be at the job site and available to the inspectors prior to
start of any construction. These documents shall be maintained and made available until final inspection approval is
granted.
4: All construction shall be done in conformance with the approved plans and the requirements of the International
Building Code or International Residential Code, International Mechanical Code, Washington State Energy Code.
5: All construction noise to be in compliance with Chapter 8.22 of the City of Tukwila Municipal Code. A copy can be
obtained at City Hall in the office of the City Clerk.

SALE PROHIBITION COVENANT
This Covenant has been recorded in the Real Property records of King County,
Washington and pertains to the Tax Account # 115720 -0351, known as North Hill
Apartments, located at 5820, 5830 and 5840 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, Washington,
98188 in satisfaction of the requirements of RCW 64.55, and binds the Owner of North
Hill Apartments to prohibit the sale of any dwelling unit in or on the Property for a
period of time in conformance with RCW 64.55.
The undersigned is the Owner of the property described herein and hereby Covenants
to prohibit the sale of any dwelling unit for a period that conforms to the restrictions in
RCW 64.55. This covenant shall bind the property for that period. The Covenant shall
terminate on the earlier event of either 1) Compliance with the requirements of Section
10 of the Act (RCW 64.55), as certified by the owner of the Property in a recorded
supplement hereto; OR 2) the fifth anniversary of the date of first occupancy of a
dwelling unit as certified by the Queer in a recorded supplement hereto.
