Tukwila, Wash., Feb. 10,1927.
The regular monthly meeting of the Council of the Town of
Tukwila was called to order by the Mayor on the above date at
8:00 P. M. Present were Mayor G. C. Bergquist and Councilmen
J. R. Naylor, J. A. Kunz, E. F. Greene, M. L. Holmes and 3. A.
Duff.
The minutes of the last regular meeting were read by the
clerk and approved as read.
BILLS
The following bills were read by the clerk and after being
approved by the Finance Committee, it was regularly moved, sec-
onded and carried that they be paid and warrants drawn for their
respective amounts.

COMMUNICATIONS
The monthly report of the Town Treasurer was read by the
clerk and placed on file.
The clerk announced receipt of the State Auditor's report
of the last audit of the Town affairs.
A letter from the Prosecuting Attorney of King County to
the County Commissioners of King County advising them they could
take no a ction on Resolution No. 32 of the Town of Tukwila.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Street Committee Councilman Naylor
Streets in general are in bad shape. Sidewalks have been
repaired as best as possible considering that many of them need
replacing. Various street drains need cleaning.

After a general discussion it was agreed that due to tne^it
would be better to delay work on the streets for thirty days.
Mr. Gade appeared before the Council and stated that he aid
not wish to pay one -half of the expense of installing the li
requested for Bluff Street, nor did he think that he should be
asked to do so.
NEW BUSINESS
Mr. Ton appeared before the Council and made request for t'o
street lights on Riverside Avenue. Clerk instructed to write
the Puget Sound Power and Light for an estimate of cost of same.
Mayor Bergquist spoke relative to the water situation and
introduced Mr. Auer, an engeneer, who gave a short talk on the
possibilities of securing Seattle Water for Tukwila. Matter
referrdd to the Water Committee to report back on February 17.

9:27 P. M.
