This is allowed under NEC code if it is temporary in nature. Our installation is temporary since our lease with International Gateway East LLC (IGE), a subsidiary of Sabey Corporation, expires in the Spring 2011. We agree to either (1) vacate the premises by June 30, 2011 and remove this temporary wiring to the dryer, or (2) by June 30, 2011 upgrade the wiring to the dryer to permanent, conduited wiring. We understand that our certificate of occupancy is predicated on this representation. Further, as a matter of notice, IGE's signature below acknowledges this condition and Sahale Snacks, Inc acknowledges its obligation under its lease agreement with IGE to comply with this City of Tukwila requirement at the sole cost of Sahale Snacks, Inc.
