to order by the Mayor on the above date at 5:00 P.M. Present were
Mayor John R. Walkup and Councilmen M. L. Holmes, J. A. Duff, J. A.
Cumming and Phillip Koenig. Councilman E. F. Greene bein absent.
The minutes of the last re meeting were read by the Clerk and
approved as read.
BILLS
The following bills were read by the Clerk and after being ap-
proved by the Finance Committee, it was regularly moved, seconded
and carried that they be paid and warrants drawn for their respec-
tive amounts.

The regular monthly report of the Town Treasurer was read by
the Clerk and placed on file.
A letter from Mrs, A. E. Hull relative to the delinquent street
assessments on her property.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Street Committee Councilman Duff. Streets in fair condition.
Several in need of gravel. The Culvert on Main Street should be
replaced.
OLD BUSINESS
Councilman Duff reported having sold one scraper for W3.00.
The other four belong to other interests but they have released
their interest. On motion made, seconded and carried Mr. Duff
was given authority to dispose of the machinery in any method
possible.
Mayor Walkup brought up the matter of street lighting service
making special mention of the light at the corner of Hazel Avenue
and Bluff Street. Clerk instructed to write the light company.
NEW BUSINESS
Councilman Koenig reported the crossing over the Inturban in
bad condition and needs several loads of gravel. Referred to the
Street Committee.
Mr. Wallenberg appeared before theCouncil and requested a wider
fill on Maule Avenue. Referred to the Street Committee.
Approved
No further business appearing, the Council adjourned at :10 PM.
