The Grantor herein is the present owner of the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof which is a portion of the property encumbered by said easements. The Grantor herein and PSE wish to clarify certain matters regarding the above mentioned easements. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of $10.00 AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION IN HAND PAID, the parties hereto confirm and agree as follows: Section 1. The Easement, as granted in said King County, as hereinafter amended, remain in full force and effect. Section 2. The legal description of said easement lying within the property described in said Exhibit "B" is hereby amended as follows: See Exhibit B Section 3. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Successors and Assignees of both parties. PROPOSED STRIP EASEMENT rectifier to anode THAT portion of the Block 18, Plat of Allentown, Volume 12, Page 100 Records of King County, Washington, lying within the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 10, township 23 north, Range 4 east, Willamette Meridian, being a 2 foot wide strip lying 1.0 feet on each side of the following described centerline: COMMENCING at the intersection of 42 Avenue South and South 124 Street, a found 518' rebar set in concrete; THENCE easterly along the centerline of said South 124 Street as defined by a found concrete monument with 1.5' diameter aluminum disk in center down 0.6' in standard monument case at the intersection of South 124 Street and 46 Avenue South, S 89 °17'24 "E, 272.11 feet; THENCE perpendicular to said centerline S 00 °42'36 "W, 30.00 feet to the northeast corner of said Block 18; THENCE along the southerly margin of said South 124 Street N 89 °17'24" W, 20.78 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of said centerline description; THENCE S 27 °55'20" W, 27.00 feet to the terminus of said centerline description.
